Building your new dream home with Spille Builders is EASY. The steps below outline the steps to owning your new Home.

2. Select Your Community

You can build a Spille Builders Home in one of Northern Kentucky’s most desirable neighborhoods. We have carefully selected communities with great schools, convenient locations and appealing amenities for varying lifestyles. We can also build your home in a number of other communities. Many communities have home sites which are available to us. If you see a home site which you like, give us a call and we will do what we can to build you new home on that site.

3. Select Your New Home Design

Spille Builders will work with you to find which of our designs fits the needs and dreams of your family. Our designs are Spille Builders easy to tailor to your individual needs, allowing you to personalize your new home. You may also bring your own plan.

4. Select Your Home site

Each of our communities has many terrific home sites. We will be happy to help you find the home site that best suits the needs of your family and is best suited for the home design you have chosen.

5. Reserve Your Home Site and Personalize Your Home

Now that you have selected the home design and location for your new home, you can secure your home site with a Purchase Contract. When you enter into your Purchase Contract, we will work with you to personalize your home with our select custom options.

6. Coordinate Your Financing

Once you have entered into a Purchase Contract you will need to secure a loan commitment for your new home. We will assist you through this process.

7. Plan Review

Each Spille Builders Homes is built from unique construction drawings that incorporate the specific options for that home. Once you have entered into a Purchase Contract, we will get to work on your construction drawings. Once they are completed, we will review them with you to be sure they correctly incorporate each of your specific architectural options.

8. Finalize Your Selections

You have selected the home design, the location and home site for your new home, now its time for the fun part! You have the opportunity to personalize your new home with a wide array of decorating options.

9. Construction of Your Home Begins

You have done your part, now our professional staff and trade contractors will get to work on building your dream house in accordance with your building plans and our quality control guidelines.

10. Quality Control and Warranty

Spille Builders Homes reputation of offering a Better Home for a Better Value is a result of our commitment to quality control. The Plan Review and Pre-Construction Meeting are the first two steps we take to be sure your home is built in accordance with your expectations.
