Spille Builders would like to be your choice. Spille Builders is a
family owned and operated corporation. It was founded by Joe Spille over
50 years ago. Following in his footsteps, his son Tom Spille is the
fourth generation of builders. Working side by side for over 30 years
they have continued to perfect their craft. Bernadette Spille, Joe's
daughter, has been with the company over 18 years and is very active in
design assistance, customer satisfaction and quality control. The
personal commitment of Joe and his family to the business and community
has earned them the reputation of a quality custom home builder with
customer satisfaction as their ultimate goal.
As a family operated
business, Spille Builders develops a close personal and professional
relationship with all their customers. Spille Builders will offer you a
unique quality built custom home at a competitive price. We build
approximately 18 homes per year and have participated in the Cavalcade
of Homes, Homefest as well as the Parade of Homes shows sponsored by
the Northern Kentucky Home Builders Association. The features of our

Spille Builders is proud to be members of the National Association of
Home Builders since 1965! All of our homes are built to meet or exceed
the building code as adopted by the local building officials and backed
by the NAHB Registered Home Builder
Program. Generation after generation, the Spille family has built both
in a commercial and residential capacity. Some of first communities were
in Villa Hills, Ft. Mitchell, Covington and Edgewood, KY Growth has
taken us to Independence, KY and various Boone County locations. We will
build on your lot or ours anywhere in Northern Kentucky! One of our most
notable developments, is Pleasant Valley Meadows in Boone County. Our
newest communities are: Ridgeway Farms and Freedom Park in Independence,
KY and Pleasant Hill in Burlington, KY. Many developments through out
Kenton and Boone Counties are available as well for a new home site.
Spille Builders can also build in some areas of Campbell, Grant and
Gallatin Counties as well.
