GREEN BUILD KY
home in Northern KY, the third in the
Commonwealth at the time. In our homes,
we have used Duel Fuel and Geothermal
systems along with many other energy
saving features.
 In
September 2009 we certified the first
home in KY under the
National Green
Build Standard one of 30 nationwide at
the time. This home is located at 295 La
Salle Ct. in Aosta Valley, Walton KY. It
is a ranch home with 1340 sq. ft. and a
full basement with a walk out. This home
is estimated to heat for less than $400
a year and cool for less than $75 per
year. Yes, annual cost.
The
year 2010 brings more
GREEN and
Energy efficiency
with two entries in the
Home Builders Association Cavalcade of
Homes.
